About me

Hi, I’m Yiwen, a New York-based visual artist and 3D generalist. With an MFA from the School of Visual Arts and a background from Communication University of China, I bridge the gap between illustration, graphic design, and 3D animation.

My work focuses on environmental storytelling, translating intuitive drawings into immersive, three-dimensional worlds. Inspired by nature, horror, and theatricality, I create uncanny visual experiences that explore the balance between flatness and depth, inviting viewers to look closer at the emotionally charged spaces I build.
